Abstract
We think HKI's programs, here and abroad, are admirable. But, killing for pleasure, is no way to combat the terrible tragedy of blindness. Are there not more creative ways to save the sight and lives of the "most vulnerable" other than sponsoring the pleasure-killing of the absolutely defenseless?
